ParkOff ("we," "us," "ParkOff") operates a platform that connects drivers who need short-term parking ("Drivers") with individuals and businesses who have private parking space to offer ("Hosts"). ParkOff is an intermediary. We do not own, operate, or control any parking space listed on the platform, and we are not the parking provider for any booking. The contract for the use of a parking space is between the Driver and the Host; ParkOff facilitates discovery, booking, and payment for that contract.
By listing a parking space on ParkOff, a Host represents and warrants that they have the legal right to offer that space for parking — whether as the owner, tenant, or an authorized occupant with permission to sublet or grant parking access — and that the listing does not violate any lease, building rule, homeowners' association rule, or local law. A Host is solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing and for any consequences of listing a space they are not entitled to offer.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use ParkOff.
A booking reserves a parking space for a fixed window of time. Drivers must park and retrieve their own vehicle. Drivers must never hand over their vehicle keys to a Host, an attendant, or anyone else, and Hosts must never accept or request a Driver's vehicle keys under any circumstances. ParkOff spaces are self-park only — valet-style or key-handover arrangements are outside the scope of what this platform supports and are not covered by any ParkOff protection.
Prices shown at the time of booking include the base rate set by the Host and any platform fee, shown separately before payment. Payment is collected through our payment gateway at the time of booking.
ParkOff is not liable for the condition of any parking space, the conduct of any Host or Driver, or any loss, theft, or damage to a vehicle or its contents arising from use of a parking space booked through the platform, except as described in our goodwill claims process below. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkOff's total liability arising out of any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
As a goodwill gesture — and not as an admission of liability or insurance — ParkOff maintains a discretionary goodwill pool for Drivers who experience damage to their vehicle during a completed, checked-in booking. To be considered, a claim must:
Eligible claims are reviewed individually and, at ParkOff's sole discretion, may receive a payout of up to ₹25,000 per incident. A reviewer may approve a lower amount than requested; approval of any claim does not obligate ParkOff to approve any other claim, and the goodwill pool may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Cancellation windows, refund amounts, and timing are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraud, abuse, or behavior that puts other users at risk. You may delete your own account at any time from within the app; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ParkOff is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
